Avocado Toast with Sautéed Mushrooms and Sunny Side up Eggs

Here is what you will need:

Two slices of Schar gluten free bread

1/2 Avocado

1 egg

salt and pepper

curry powder

3-4 sliced mushrooms

Pan

Vegan butter


Directions:

1- Toast the bread in a pan and add a little butter

2- Fry the egg and add salt, pepper and curry powder

3- Add mashed avocado on both bread slices

4- Add sautéed mushrooms on one of the slices and the fried egg on the other slice.
