My Favorite Tuna Salad





















Here is what I used:

1 family packet of tuna

1/2 lemon

1 medium red onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Celery

Mayo to taste

Green onions


Directions:

1-Drain your tuna and add in to your bowl

2- Dice the red onions in to small cubes and add them in to the bowl

3- Wash and dice the celery

4- Add your mayo, salt and pepper

5- Add some lemon juice

6- Mix really well and top with chopped green onions

7- Tastes really good when refrigerated

8- Can be served with romaine lettuce, butter lettuce or with any gluten free bread
