Gluten Free Fattoush Salad

Here is what you will need:

cucumbers

roma tomatoes

romaine lettuce

green onions

parsley

Green Bell pepper

Radish

fresh mint

for the dressing:

salt

lemon juice

olive oil

sumac spice


Directions:

1- Start up by washing all your vegetables

2- Cut cucumbers and radish in to halves and then in to semi circles

3- Dice up tomatoes

4- Cut up the romaine lettuce, green onions and bell pepper

5- Pick some mint and parsley leaves and cut them up

6- Add some salt, lemon juice, olive oil and sumac spice and mix all together

7- Combine all ingredients in to a big bowl and add in the dressing when served.
