Mushroom and Kale Pasta with Grilled Zucchini

Here is what you will need:

Gluten free pasta (I use barilla)

Vegetable oil

Kale

Fresh mushrooms

Zucchinis

Salt and pepper

Garlic powder

Pot

Pan


Directions:

1) Sautee mushrooms in a pan with oil

2) Wash and cut the kale. Only use the leaves

3- Add the kale to the mushrooms to Sautee as well

4- Remove once done in to a plate for later use

5- Wash and cut the zucchinis in to semi circles

6- Add oil to the pan and Sautee them till they are soft. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder

7- Boil pasta according to the package

8- Drain and rinse in cold water for 1 min to remove the stickiness

9- Add them in the pot with the kale and mushrooms and mix very well. Add salt and pepper
