Strawberry Short Cake

Here is what I used: The video

powdered sugar

strawberries

toasted almond slices

Fruit can

Cake Pans

Electric mixer


Directions:

1- Put the coconut cream cans in the fridge overnight. I normally leave mine for 2 days

2- Bake the cake according to the package

3- Turn the coconut can upside down and open. Drain the liquid and empty the solid cream in your bowl. Add the powdered sugar and mix till its much softer

4- Have your cake layers ready

5- Add the the fruit syrup from any fruit can on each cake layer. Add the whipped cream and the strawberries, and repeat for each layer

6- Add more whipped cream on the outside of cake and decorate it how you want too


Note- if you want your whipped cream to be pink- Add food coloring
