Another great lunch idea! The video
Here is what I used:
Zucchinis
Cabbage
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Lemon juice
crushed garlic
dry mint
olive oil
salt and pepper
Hummus
Directions:
1- Clean and cut up the zucchinis. Add salt and pepper. Add in the Air fryer at 400 F- Air fry about 10-15 mins
2- You can get store bought hummus or make your own
3- Cut up the cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers
4- Add the crushed garlic with the lemon juice
5- Add olive oil and salt
6- Top with dry mint and mix well
