Homemade Pad Thai

Here is what I used: watch the video

Chicken breast

Firm tofu

Peanuts

Carrots

Green onions

Crushed Garlic cloves

Vegetable oil

Pad Thai sauce

lime

Pad Thai noodles

Salt

eggs

bean sprouts


Directions:

1) Cut up chicken in to small cubes and cook them

2) Cook pad Thai noodles

3) Cut up tofu and use a paper towel to get rid of most of the water and fry them or air fry them

4) Scramble the eggs

5) Crush the garlic. Add in a pan with oil to Sautee them

6) Add pad Thai sauce

7) Add the noodles

8) Add the eggs

9) Add the carrots and bean sprouts

10) Add the green onions

11) Add salt per taste

12) Add lime juice and peanuts
