Here is what I used: Watch the video
Corn tortillas
Ground beef 80/20
Tomatoes
Onions
Cinnamon
Salt
Pepper
food processor
Directions:
1- I always make a big batch and I freeze it. When I need some I thaw it out over night and I toast it in my toaster oven.
2- I love adding a lot of onions and tomatoes in my meat pies. I cut them up and add them in the food processor
3- After that I add the meat in a container, with the onions and tomatoes. I add salt, pepper and cinnamon
4- I let them marinate overnight
5- The next morning, I add some corn tortillas on to a baking pan along with baking sheets. I add some of the meat on each one making sure not to add too much meat juice on them so they do not get too soggy.
6- I bake them at 350 F about 10 mins or till the meat is cooked
7- After that, I let them cool down and I add lemon juice, more salt and paprika spice on them. They can be served with non dairy plain yogurt too.
8- The rest I add them in multiple zip lock bags and I freeze them
Enjoy!
