Here is what you will need:
Cooked pinto beans (I just get bag and cook them rather than using the canned ones)
Cilantro (I normally add a lot)
Crushed Garlic cloves (I normally add a lot)
Salt and pepper
Tomato paste and water
Pan
Pot
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1- Cook your pinto beans
2- Crush your garlic cloves. I normally make a lot so I think I add about 10 cloves. I never measure it out
3- Pick your cilantro leaves and wash them. I normally add a lot of cilantro leaves
4- Add some oil in a pan and Sautee the garlic, then add the cilantro and mix about 4-5 mins till the cilantro is sautéed with garlic. Then remove off heat.
5- Grab some tomato paste and dilute it with some water and add to the pot filled with the pinto beans
6- Add the garlic and cilantro mixture, salt and pepper to the pot
7- Let it simmer under low heat for about 20 mins then turn off the heat
